Casual Role around Exam Seasons (November/January/May/June)
£11.98 per hour
We are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators to join us at The Hayfield School. The ideal candidates will have experience working with children and young people, have excellent skills in their field, be confident and organised with a calm and composed approach. Previous experience of working in a school would be an advantage. The successful candidates should be emotionally intelligent, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player. The core purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the examination process. In addition to ensuring correct exam procedures are followed, you will be responsible for setting out and collecting exam papers and materials, admitting students to the exam hall/room and invigilating. Duties may also include reading and scribing for students. Required to start as soon as possible, the successful candidate must have the ability to prioritise workload and to ensure strict deadlines are met. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team whilst being a role model is key.
