The Hayfield School is a very popular and high achieving 11-16 school with academy status. We are unashamedly traditional in the values we hold most dear: a strong work ethic; kindness; decency. These values are central to our culture and ethos, and professionals work hard to instil these simple values into our young people in order to prepare them for adulthood and the world of work. Our aim is to create confident individuals, life-long learners and responsible citizens who move to the next stage in their life having:

  • Fulfilled their academic potential
  • Developed essential personal skills and attributes
  • Grown resilience to face down challenges and setbacks
